Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 14 June 2018, the proceeds of the June 2018 dividend were reinvested by the Nominee shareholder on behalf of Mr Steve Langan resulting in a purchase of 69 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £14.96 per share. A similar reinvestment is announced for Mrs Clare Langan, PCA of Steve Langan, for the purchase of 1,293 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £14.96 per share.
The above transaction was executed in GBP.
This is notification made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.
