Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Stuart Bridges, a Director, has exercised options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme and sold the resulting ordinary 6p shares ("Shares") in the Company in a series of transactions as detailed below:

· On 10 December 2014 Mr Bridges exercised 34,495 options at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 721.936p each.

· On 11 December 2014 Mr Bridges exercised a further 101,931 options at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 707.983p each.

· On 12 December 2014 Mr Bridges exercised a further 18,152 options at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 693.266p each.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Bridges has sold a total of 154,578 Shares in the Company.

This notice is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R(1).
