Hamilton, Bermuda - In accordance with Disclosure Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) the Company announces that on 1 May 2013 the following Directors exercised options under its Sharesave Scheme, as detailed below.

Directors:

Mr SJ Bridges exercised options to purchase 3,210 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 282.64p per Share.

Mr RS Childs exercised options to purchase 3,210 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 282.64p per Share.
