Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr. Richard Watson, a Director, of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6p ("Shares") in the Company:

· On 7 April 2014, awards granted to Mr. Watson under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested and he sold the resulting 72,653 Shares on the same day at a price of 688.985p each.

This notice is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R.
