("Hostelworld", the "Company" or the "Group")
Hostelworld has been informed that, following the completion of the placing of the Company's shares announced on 24 June 2020 and admission of the shares on 29 June 2020, the following PDMRs have subscribed for shares in the Company as set out below, at a price per share of GBP £0.72.
