On 15 October 2015, awards in the form of nil-cost options to acquire ordinary shares of £0.02 pence in Hastings Group Holdings plc (the "Company") were made to the following PDMRs under the Hastings 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Awards"), as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the Awards, which are structured as conditional awards. The vesting of the Awards is subject to continued employment with the Company and final assessment by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The Awards are expressed in cash terms and will be delivered in shares at the end of 2017 and 2018 based on the share price at that time.
