Conditional awards over ordinary shares of £0.02 pence in Hastings Group Holdings plc (the "Company"), granted to the following PDMRs under the Hastings 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and Hastings 2015 Bonus Deferral Plan ("BDP"), vested on 13 November 2020. No consideration was paid for the original grant of the awards.
