Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
On 31 December 2017, the first tranche of the conditional awards over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in Hastings Group Holdings plc (the "Company") that were granted at the time of the Company's IPO to certain employees ("Admission Awards") vested.
Details of the number of vested Shares, net of relevant tax and social security charges, to which each PDMR is entitled, are detailed below.
