Hargreaves Services PLC29 June 2007 For immediate release 29 June 2007 Hargreaves Services plc (the 'Company') Trading Update - in line with market expectations Hargreaves Services plc ('Hargreaves') (AIM:HSP), a leading provider of mineralsand support services to the energy and waste sectors, today provides a tradingupdate on its financial performance ahead of entering into the close period inrespect of the financial year ended 31 May 2007. Since the release of theinterim results for the six months ended 30 November 2006 the Group hascontinued to perform well and the Board expect to be able to report for the yearended 31 May 2007 in line with market expectations. During the year the Group completed the acquisition of Norec Limited and thebusiness and assets of Maltby Colliery and Simon Bulk Warehousing andDistribution, which has significantly increased the size of the Group. Commenting on the Trading Update, Group Chief Executive, Gordon Banham said: 'The Group continues to make excellent progress, the order book and trading areat record levels and we are confident of a continuing strong performance in 2007/8'. The Company expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the year ending 31stMay 2007 on 3rd September 2007.
