Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 5 September 2024, Stephen Barker (a PDMR) transferred 2,447 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Ordinary Shares) to his wife, Lisa Barker, at nil consideration per share. Following this transaction, Stephen Barker's aggregate beneficial holding, including his connected persons' interests, is unchanged at 26,249 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08%.
