Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental infrastructure and property sectors, announces that, on 9 April 2025, GB Holdings (2021) Limited, a company wholly owned by Gordon Banham (Chief Executive Officer and PDMR), purchased 4,250 ordinary shares of ten pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 560 pence each. Following this purchase, Gordon Banham's interest in the Company is 2,792,461 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.47% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
On 9 April 2025, Simon Hicks (incoming Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2025) purchased 4,250 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 561.572 pence each. Following this purchase, Simon Hicks holds 4,250 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
