Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified Group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces the following Persons Closely Associated ("PCA") share purchase.

On 29 January 2021, Alex Jones, son of Chris Jones, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, purchased 369 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 268.4p per share.

Following this purchase, Chris Jones' total shareholding, including that of his PCA, is 62,910 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the total issued share capital.
