Directors' Disclosure Update

In accordance with AIM rule 17 the Company announces the following changes to the directors' disclosures under schedule two, paragraph (g):

Tim Ross, the non-executive chairman, has notified the Company that administrators were appointed to Connaught plc, of which he was a non-executive director.

There is no further information to be disclosed under schedule two, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
