Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that application has been made to AIM for a block listing of 136,057 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares to be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options which are scheduled to mature under the Hargreaves Services plc 2008 Sharesave 3 Scheme on 1 June 2011.
