"The integration into the Group of Imperial Tankers Limited, an acquisitionannounced on 17 September 2007, has started and is proceeding smoothly. Togetherwith the business of Hargreaves Bulk Liquid Tankers and Gilbraiths, theacquisition of Imperial greatly increases the critical mass of our bulk liquidtanker operations and provides an additional depot in the North East tocomplement existing depots in the North West and the Midlands. "The acquisition, in April 2007, of Simon Bulk Warehousing and Distribution hasproved very successful and is now integrated into our subsidiary company, NorecLimited. The long term contract with ConocoPhillips has been successfullyretained and is performing well. "Hargreaves Raw Material Services GmbH, the Group's subsidiary in Germany, hascontinued to grow at an accelerated rate indicating the considerable potentialfor the Group services in the European market. "Finally the Group order book continues to grow. A number of existing contractshave been renewed or extended and new contracts won.
