Results of placing
Further to the announcement on 9 December 2016, Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful completion of its placing of 4,926,109 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares"), raising gross proceeds of £50 million. The Placing Shares are to be issued at a price of £10.15 per Placing Share.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 16 December 2016.
On Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 19,926,110 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The total number of voting rights in the ordinary shares is 19,926,110. There are no shares held in treasury.
