Conversion Rate for 2020 Interim Dividend

Further to the announcement on 20 November 2020, the Directors of Hochschild Mining PLC have determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the 2020 interim dividend is US$1:£0.7457.

Accordingly, the sterling equivalent of the 2020 interim dividend is 2.983 pence per Ordinary Share which will be paid on 31 December 2020.
