Hochschild Mining plc

(the "Company")

Applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 800,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Block-listed Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Block-listed Shares, which will be issued on the vesting of awards granted under the Restricted Share Plan, will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.Admission is expected to take place on 19 December 2016.
