Issue of Equity

The Company announces that application has been made for 12,593,253 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to deferred consideration payments in relation to the acquisition of Legacy and The Agency as detailed in the Company's admission document dated 2 December 2011.

Admission of the shares is expected to occur on 28 December 2012. Following the admission of the 12,593,253 ordinary shares on 28 December 2012 the Company's total issued share capital will be 87,482,877 ordinary shares of 2p each. This figure (87,482,877 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
