Annual Report & Accounts 2014, Notice of AGM and Change of Registered Office
TLA (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2014 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM is to be held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP at 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN, at 11.00am BST on Monday 22 June 2015.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website (www.tlaww-plc.com).
TLA also announces that the Group's registered office has changed to 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN.
