PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The Final Terms dated 13 October 2025 relating to the issuance by Hammerson plc (the "Issuer") of EUR 350 million 3.500 per. cent notes due 2032 (the "Notes") are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Issuer (the "Programme").

The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 15 April 2025, as supplemented by the prospectus supplement dated 4 September 2025 (the "Prospectus").
