A conditional award of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (the Award) was granted to Jean-Philippe Mouton, an Executive Director on 1 April 2014 under the Hammerson plc 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan (the LTIP).
On 23 April 2018 the Award vested in the amount shown in the table below, following the assessment of the performance conditions.
