Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, has been informed that, on 15 September 2008 Jenny Plumb, wife of Robert Plumb, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 20,000 Ordinary 1.5p Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 13.5p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Plumb's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,671,567  Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.30 per cent. of the issued share capital of HML.
