HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, announces that Richard Smith, Chairman of the Company, yesterday transferred 871,000 ordinary shares of 1.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 31 pence per Ordinary Share each to Eaton Investments Limited. Eaton Investments Limited is wholly owned by Mr. Smith. His beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 1,934,025 representing 5.0% of the issued share capital.
