HML Holdings PLC18 October 2007 HML Holdings plc ("HML" or "the Company") AGM Results HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management,insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, announces thatat its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed. In a statement to shareholders, Richard Smith, Chairman, said, "The past 18months have been very exciting for the Company. At the time of our admission toAIM in June 2006, we undertook to grow and develop HML to become a significantparticipant in our sector. Since then, the management team has put in place thestructures to enable the Company to expand both organically and by acquisition,and we have demonstrated our ability to successfully integrate new operationsinto the group. "The recent acquisition of the property management business of WA Ellis LLP wasan important milestone for the Company as it included a prime portfolio ofclients in West and Central London that was an excellent fit within our existingbusiness infrastructure and property service offerings. I am pleased to reportthat the integration of that business is progressing well and we are starting torealise some of the prospects which we indentified, initially. We continue toevaluate numerous other opportunities to acquire portfolios of residentialproperties that will complement our existing portfolio.
