VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with theĀ FinancialĀ Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Halma p.l.c.Ā ('Halma')Ā confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue atĀ 31 OctoberĀ 2009Ā is unchanged atĀ 376,315,088Ā Halma holdsĀ 807,844Ā shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma isĀ 375,507,244.Ā The above figure ofĀ 375,507,244Ā may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. |
