In accordance with Rule 9.6.14 of the UK Listing Rules, Halma plc gives notice that, Lord Blackwell, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group Plc with effect from 1 June 2012. Lord Blackwell will also assume the Chairmanship of the Scottish Widows Group of companies on 1 September 2012.
