HALMA p.l.c. Application for Block Listing |

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the same number of ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in issue, and will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Halma 1990 Share Option Scheme, the Halma 1996 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme and the Halma 1999 Company Share Option Plan. |
