The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay a second interim (final) dividend as follows:

Pay Date 27 September 2013
Dividend per share 14.38p
There will also be a special dividend as follows:
Ex-Dividend Date * 11 September 2013
Record Date ** 13 September 2013
Pay Date 27 September 2013
Dividend per share 8.91p
* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.
