Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons

 

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

 

On 15th June 2010, the Company received notification that Mr Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, sold a total of 3,800 ordinary shares at a price of 345.20 pence per share. He then repurchased 3,462 ordinary shares at a price of 345.20 pence per share within his SIPP.

 

On the same day, the Company received notification that Mrs Helen Gardhouse, a Connected Person, sold a total of 3,050 ordinary shares at a price of 345.20 pence per share. She then repurchased 827 ordinary shares at a price of 345.20 pence per share within her SIPP.

 

There has been a de minimis reduction to Mr Gardhouse's resultant share holding (including those of his connected persons) as a result of these transactions and it is currently 1,066,168 ordinary shares representing 0.22% of issued share capital.

 

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR and Connected Persons transactions. The transactions took place in Bristol on 15th June 2010.
