LONDON, 1 June 2018 - In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's (the "FCA") DTR 5.6.1, Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) notifies the market that as at 31 May 2018, its share capital consists of 241,417,583 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are nil shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC under the FCA's DTR's.
