Issue of ordinary shares
HICL Infrastructure Company Limited ("HICL" or "the Company") announces that it has issued for cash 5,200,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("New Shares"). The issue price per share (before expenses) is 115.0 pence.
The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The New Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the block listing application dated 5 July 2010.
Voting Rights and Capital
Effective from 22 June 2011, the Company's share capital will consist of 600,339,454 ordinary Shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
