HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (the 'Company')
Interim Dividend
HICL Infrastructure Company Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 3.5pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 March 2014 which will be paid on 31 December 2013 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 22 November 2013.
As in previous years, the Company will also be offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to this interim dividend. Details will be sent to shareholders (and will be available from the Company's website, www.hicl.com) on or around 29 November 2013. If shareholders wish to receive all or part of this interim dividend by way of new shares in the Company, election forms need to be filed by 5pm on 16 December 2013. If no action is taken, the interim dividend will be paid as cash, unless a previous standing election was completed.
The Company will announce its interim results for the six months to 30 September 2013 on Wednesday 20 November 2013.
