As required by paragraph 3.1.4R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Listing Authority, the Company hereby announces that it was today notified that the following non-executive directors of HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (and their connected persons) acquired Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company at a price of 119.5 pence per Ordinary Share in the amounts shown against their name below:
