Directorate Changes

The Company announces that Graham Picken, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and John Hallam, Senior Independent Director, notified the Board today of their intention to stand down from the Board of Directors by no later than 30 June 2016.

The precise dates of their respective retirements from the Board of Directors will be managed to ensure an orderly, timely and seamless handover of responsibilities.

Messrs Picken and Hallam have both served on the Board of Directors since the Initial Public Offering of the Company in 2006, and both intend to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2015.
