HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (the "Company"), the listed infrastructure investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners Limited, announces that Susie Farnon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of The Board of the Association of Investment Companies (the "AIC"), with effect from 1 April 2018.

The AIC represents a broad range of closed-ended investment companies, incorporating investment trusts and other closed-ended investment companies and VCTs. The AIC's mission statement is to help members add value for shareholders over the longer term.
