The Company announces that it has today been notified that Susie Farnon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Real Estate Credit Investments Limited and BH Global Limited, both Companies are listed on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and are traded on the London Stock Exchange's main market listed securities, with effect from 20 February 2018 and 13 March respectively.
