Application has been made for 3,891,968 ordinary shares of 0.01p each fully paid in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 22 April 2013
The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 March 2013. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 13.68% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 1 March 2013. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
A copy of the document relating to the Scrip Dividend Alternative dated 8 March 2013 is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
