Listing Rule 9.2.6E Confirmation(Disclosure of rights attached to equity shares)
In accordance with paragraph 9.2.6E (disclosure of rights attached to equity shares) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), which comes into effect on 27 April 2020, HgCapital Trust Plc ('HGT') has today forwarded to the FCA for publication on the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") a document setting out the changes which have occurred in relation to the rights attached to HGT's listed equity shares since the publication of its Articles of Association on 12 June 2015 (the "Articles"), namely the exercise of all subscription rights, which enabled the holders of redeemable subscription shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Subscription Shares") to subscribe in cash for ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company.
There have been no changes to the rights attached to the ordinary shares of HGT since the publication of the Articles.
