Herencia Resources PLC21 November 2005 21 November 2005 HERENCIA RESOURCES PLC ("Herencia" or "the Company") Result of EGM: Acquisition of Tarapaca Resources (Bermuda) Limited approved by Shareholders ofHerencia The Board of Herencia Resources Plc (AIM: HER) announces that at theExtraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held today, shareholders approved all theResolutions unanimously. The acquisition of Tarapaca will be completed today and trading in the enlargedshare capital of Herencia on AIM is expected to commence tomorrow. Anthony Barton, the Company's Chairman, said: "I am delighted that Shareholdershave given such a positive endorsement to the acquisition and the appointment ofMr Keith Liddell as a director of the Company.
