Proposed Dividend Dates
Further to the preliminary results announcement made by Holders Technology plc today, the record date for the proposed final dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share in the company will be 2 May 2014 with payment to shareholders on the register at that time being made on 20 May 2014. The company's ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend with effect from 30 April 2014.
The company's annual general meeting will be held on 30 April 2014.
