Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the developer and provider of advanced surface coating technology, announces that it has been notified that on 21 January 2020, Yuri Zhuk, Technical Director of the Company, sold 208,775 ordinary shares of 4.0 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 63.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale").
Following the Sale, Dr. Zhuk has a beneficial interest in 157,027 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
