AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Hardide plc (AIM: HDD) to be held today at 11:30am, Robert Goddard, Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement:

"The Group has made good progress in the first four months of the current financial year ending 30 September 2015 and results to date are slightly ahead of budget.

Our plans for the expansion of capacity are on track, both in the UK and US, reflecting developing customer demand. A number of new applications are in test for customers across a range of industries, which strengthens Hardide's medium-term revenue pipeline. The Board is mindful of the recent decline in the oil price and continues to monitor carefully its clients' order patterns.

Half year results are expected to be published in late May when the Group will provide a further update on trading."
