Request to shareholders for electronic communications

Hellenic Carriers Limited, ("Hellenic" or the "Company") (AIM: HCL), an international provider of marine transportation services for dry bulk cargoes, announces that request letters for electronic communications have been posted to shareholders today pursuant to the passing of resolution No.5 at the Company's last Annual General Meeting on 18 December 2015.
