Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 28 July 2017 of the following changes in shareholding that took place on 28 July 2017.
John Hewitt purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 975 pence per share and Michael Edwards, a connected person to John Hewitt for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules also purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 975 pence per share.
John Hewitt, a Director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 33,450 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.65% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
Roberta Miles purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 955 pence per share.
Roberta Miles, a Director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 4,950 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.10% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
