Director Shareholding

Highcroft has been informed that the aggregate disclosable interest of David Kingerlee a director of the Company has changed, as detailed below.

David Kingerlee's daughter turned 18 years of age on 2 April 2010 and therefore Mr D Kingerlee is no longer beneficially interested in 25,927 ordinary shares in the Company that are held in the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust, of which his daughter is a beneficiary. Following this change, Mr D Kingerlee is no longer beneficially interested in the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust.

Following this change, David Kingerlee's beneficial interest is 88,470 ordinary shares in the Company and as a trustee of the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust, Mr D Kingerlee remains non-beneficially interested in 77,780 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this change Mr D Kingerlee's aggregate disclosable interest is 166,250 ordinary shares in the Company or 3.22 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
