The Company was notified today that Mr Michael Edwards, a connected person to John Hewitt for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 940 pence per share.
John Hewitt now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 31,450 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.61% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
