The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, 3 December 2015 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2015, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will today be sent to shareholders. Copies are also available on the Company's website at www.haydale.com.
