Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces that pursuant to the open offer, the results of which were announced on 13 September 2022, David Banks, Non-Executive Chair, has purchased 1,014,415 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), increasing his interest in the Company to 4,264,415 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.54 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
