Director/PDMR Shareholding
Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY) has been notified that Mr Stuart Eaton, a Non-Executive Director of Nighthawk, increased his beneficial interest in the Company on 6 December 2013 following the sale of 112,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Shares") at a price of 10.75p and the purchase of 112,500 Shares at 10.8p and 250,000 Shares at 11.06p through his SIPP. Following these transactions, Mr Stuart Eaton's notifiable interest is 1,496,500 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.16% per cent. of Nighthawk's issued ordinary share capital.
